“Twins” Jewelry box

200 years old oak
32 x 21 x 10 cm

Jewelry box formed by two twin parts whose covers can only be opened once they are separated. It is mainly made with a 200 years old oak. Details are made of quarter sawn maple, which gives it that special look to the white stripes. The joinery is made with secret mitre dovetails to allow that the grain is continuous in all jewelers. In the inside it has two small maple trays sliding on redwood rails. The bottoms of the jeweler and drawers are made with quarter sawn red cedar. French finish allowing that the aroma of the Cedar arises as it opens.

If you want a unique and special piece of furniture

We will talk about the design, the woods, the details or any other aspect of the piece that you would like to incorporate, as it is this relationship with the customer which marks the difference of handcrafted furniture vs serial made ones.

My goal when making a piece of furniture is that both the client and I enjoy the process.
